Open Android Settings
Open Network settings
Scroll down to 'IP Settings' and make sure DHCP is enabled
Scroll to 'Proxy Settings' in the Network settings and make sure it is set to None
Uninstall any DNS or VPN app from your device
Disable IPv6 option in Android Settings and test again
Disconnect LAN cable, reboot the router and reconnect LAN cable to your device.
